Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups Chick Peas (soaked and drained)
  • 1/2 cup Spelt Flour
  • 3 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Coriander
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
DIRECTIONS
  1. Place chick peas, salt, 1tbsp of grape seed oil and seasonings in a food processor and pulse until grainy.
  2. Transfer ingredients to a mixing bowl and add Spelt Flour
  3. Lightly oil hands and form pattie(s) by hand and place in a container
  4. Freeze for 20 minutes
  5. Heat skillet with 1 tbsp grape seed oil
  6. Remove pattie(s) from the freezer and fry on high heat 1 min per side
  7. Flip pattie(s) twice until golden brown
  8. Transfer to a bowl with paper towel
