People often think the foods in a “no mucus” diet are limiting. Nothing could be further from he truth. Here at A Healthy Crush we’re going to show you just how versatile healthy food is and how to make the most familiar recipes out of the best ingredients available.

Ingredients:

  • 1 to 2 Green Bananas
  • 1 tbsp Grape Seed Oil
  • 1 to 2 pinches Sea Salt
  • 1 dash Onion Powder
  • 1 dash Coriander

Directions:

  1. Cut banana in half then cut each section down the middle
  2. Lay each section flat and slice into fries as best you can
  3. Put fries in a bowl and add seasonings
  4. Gently mix by hand and set aside
  5. Add 1 tbsp of oil to a large pan and heat it
  6. Add fries and cook about 1 to 2 mins per side
  7. Transfer to a plate with paper towel
  8. Allow to cool and serve

Sauce:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup soaked Brazil nuts
  • 1/2 Key lime
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 dash Onion Powder
  • 1 sash Coriander
  • 1 pinch Cayenne Pepper
  • Spring water (a little at a time to consistency of sauce)

Directions:

  1. Put everything in the blender (NitriBullet, NutriNinja, VitaMix, Montel, whatever)
  2. Blend and check consistency — add a little more water and blend — repeat
  3. Once mixture begins to rotate at the consistency of sauce it’s ready
  4. Transfer to a mason jar for storage
  5. Fill a dipping bowl and serve
